The Diamond Pet Foods social media pages are not monitored 24/7. When needed, our social media representatives may collect your information or ask you to reach out to our product specialists, quality control team or on-staff veterinarian so our team may best assist you. We generally respond to private messages, posts and comments posted on our social media pages on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time (days and hours subject to change in the event of emergencies, closures or holidays). We do our best to answer every question sent our way, but we are not able to answer every post or provide advice regarding any pet’s health.
